LINGUICA
AND GREEN BEANS

lb. Amaral Linguica, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 lb. green beans, cut in 2 inch pieces
2 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Place Linguica in skillet, add enough water to cover, simmer for 30
minutes. While Linguica cooks, boil beans in salted water for 6 minutes,
uncovered. Drain beans and set aside. Remove Linguica form pan and
set aside; discard liquid. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir about 3 minutes. Add Linguica and
beans to pan; mix together and heat until hot.
