CHILI OLÉ

1 lb. Amaral Chorizo, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 can (15 oz.) chile beans
1 can (15 oz.) whole tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 table spoons diced green chiles
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Corn Chips
Shredded Jack Cheese

Brown Linguica in a 10 inch skillet, drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except chips and cheese. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Spoon over Corn Chips and sprinkle with cheese.

LINGUICA AND GREEN BEANS

1 lb. Amaral Linguica, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 lb. green beans, cut in 2 inch pieces
2 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Place Linguica in skillet, add enough water to cover, simmer for 30 minutes. While Linguica cooks, boil beans in salted water for 6 minutes, uncovered. Drain beans and set aside. Remove Linguica form pan and set aside; discard liquid. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir about 3 minutes. Add Linguica and beans to pan; mix together and heat until hot.
